How you'll be part of changing an industry

You will be a part of our Organization & Leadership Team. Our mission is to enable the organization's capabilities to drive productivity and performance. You will gain a deep understanding of how the organization operates, what challenges exist, and then develop the required structure and processes needed for Insurely to scale and grow; all while ensuring that employees thrive.

Here are some examples of things that we’ve been doing recently which we’d like for you to engage in and take lead on:

• Analyze and find solutions for how people, teams, or processes can be optimized to achieve results
• Work cross-functionally with all of our teams to gain consensus on the optimal path forward
• Improve internal communication and information flows
• Assist in our expansion and contribute to the development of our growth journey
• Execute on our plan for making sure all employees live by our Insurely ways

What we look for

To be a good fit for our Organization & Leadership team you’re a passionate person with a great drive! You see problems as opportunities and take the initiative to make changes and improvements. You will play an important role in taking Insurely to the next level - thus we are looking for a person that values teamwork and can navigate through a high rate of change. If you have experience from working with startups/scaleups we find that beneficial.

Furthermore, we are happy to see that you have:

At least a bachelor's degree from a university. Perhaps within Business, Science or Technology

• At least a bachelor's degree from a university. Perhaps within Business, Science or Technology
• Applicable work experience and an understanding of organization, governance and operating models
• You have worked with Change Management and Project Management
