Due to Insurely’s continuous high growth, we are looking to recruit several SDRs to cultivate strong leads for our Commercial Team.
If you are early in your career and want to step a foot in the door of Europe’s Insurtech industry this is your opportunity! Our Commercial Team is composed of very talented, friendly and driven individuals who are putting all their efforts in expanding the company worldwide.
This is your chance of entering the industry, learning about the product, company and sector and potentially taking on new challenges within the commercial, strategy, marketing or product team at Insurely.
How you'll be part of changing an industry

You will partner with Sales Managers/Specialists to drive pipeline for Insurely’s products and set the outbound structure to feed up Insurely’s commercial pipeline. Also you will work with targeted sales efforts to book meetings with potential future customers. We see that you naturally can contact, follow-up, create interest and book meetings with the incoming requests we receive. Qualifying leads based on parameters related to the contact, the company and the market is some of your tasks.
Overall here is some examples of your tasks:
- Over time, conduct meetings yourself, demo the product and close deals with customers
- Gather market and customer insights and work cross functionally with the product, strategy and marketing teams
- Work to continuously develop and improve the processes we have to qualify and nurture leads
What we look for
This is a perfect job for you who have recently finished your sales education or have worked for a short time in a similar role at another company.
- Sales related education or business, finance or similar
- You have 0-2 years of relevant work experience
- Native speaker of either French, German, Spanish, or Swedish, along with at least professional proficiency in English
