How you'll be part of changing an industry

We are looking for a full-time Business Operations coordinator to join our Product & Platform domain. The Business Operations coordinator will identify, recruit and coordinate the testers across the world as well as conduct insurance market analysis. 

You will be responsible to ensure that the testing procedures of our products are successfully completed, a key activity to enable our products to be tested before launching in new markets. As a Business Operations coordinator you are the key component in building and coordinating a pool of testers Insurely maintain a relationship with. Relationship management will be a key success factor in this role since you will have to build a network of people in different markets. 

You are a key player in our expansion and will work closely with the Product teams, the Expansion team and the Marketing team. You will report to the Head of Product and be part of one of the product development teams.

Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit and manage testers in new and existing markets.

• Administer insurance policies and credentials for new and existing markets.

• Be responsible for the communication and coordination of testers and Insurely developers.

• Support the different teams with market Integration related tasks.

What we are looking for

• You need to be organized. You'll handle a lot of important and sensitive information, doing this in an organized way is key.

• You need to be driven. We need you to be able to solve problems and figure out the best way to deliver what is requested.

• You need to be service-minded. You'll be responsible to establish and maintain relationships with people in different countries through different channels of communication.

• Fluent in English, a second language is preferred, but not required.

• You are experienced working with google sheets and producing performance reports.

• Bachelor or Master degree in business, finance, HR, engineering or similar.

It's nice if you also have 

• Experience from administrative work in either finance, banking or insurance

• Experience from working with sales and/or service management

• Interest in the Insurance industry

• We consider applications from candidates with 1-3 years of work experience
