Role

We are looking for a hands-on generalist who wants to work close to our founders and leadership team and grow quickly through real responsibility. This is a practical role for someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership, and is comfortable operating when things are not fully defined.

You will support the founders and leadership team across many different types of work. One week you might analyze numbers or prepare material for investors. Another week you might drive an internal project, structure a messy problem, or help ensure execution happens across teams.

This is not a role with a fixed task list, but you will always have context, clear priorities, and access to support when you need it. You are expected to figure out the how and deliver, with the team around you.

• Act as an extra brain and pair of hands to founders and leadership

• Prepare presentations, briefs, and decision material

• Coordinate and follow up cross-functional initiatives

• Step into whatever is most important for the company right now

Some work will be strategic and some will be very practical. Both are equally important.

Who you are

• You have 2-3+ years of work experience

• You have worked in a startup, consulting, or another high-paced environment

• You are analytical and structured, without overcomplicating things

• You are comfortable operating with imperfect information

• You take ownership of your work and are comfortable driving things forward independently, while asking for input when needed

• You are fluent in English. French is a bonus, not a requirement
