To keep building, we need to keep growing. Right now, we need help making sure our hiring keeps up.

The role

We’re looking for someone to join us for a period (2–4 months) to strengthen our hiring, mainly within engineering.

You’ll step into ongoing processes and take ownership of driving them forward. This is a hands-on role. You won’t be building strategy or frameworks. You’ll make sure things happen, that the right candidates move forward, and create great hiring experience while doing so.

You’ll work closely with the team, on-site in Stockholm, and quickly get a feel for how we operate.

What you’ll do

Source and engage strong engineering profiles

Run initial conversations, clearly explain what we’re building, and engage candidates in a way that makes them want to move forward

Drive multiple recruitment processes in parallel, from first contact to offer

Keep track of every step, every candidate, and what needs to happen next

Support hiring managers so they can focus on decisions, not coordination

Use AI tools where it actually makes your work faster or better

How we work

We’re a team of 45 people. Things move quickly. Priorities shift. Some things are well defined, others aren’t. You’re expected to get up to speed fast and start contributing within days, not weeks.

You’re fluent in English and can work on-site in Stockholm

A note on the role

This is a short-term role by design. We’re looking for someone who wants to come in, contribute, and make a real difference over a few months. If there’s a strong mutual fit and continued hiring needs, we’re open to continuing the conversation. But the main goal is to create impact here and now.

Practical

Full-time, fixed-term employment (2–3 months)

Based in our office at Kungsgatan 9, Stockholm (on-site preferred)

Start: As soon as possible

This is a temporary role employed directly by Insurely. We’re not looking for a recruitment agency setup at this point.
