Insurely is the financial data layer behind the next generation of financial services and AI. Banks, fintechs and AI companies use our infrastructure to access the investment, pension, savings, insurance and loan data their customers choose to share, structured and ready to use.

Ask most people what they pay for insurance or where their pensions actually sit - and they will not know. Not because they are careless, but because the answer sits scattered across countless institutions that have never had a reason to put it together. Putting it together is what we do.

It is a tougher challenge than it looks from the outside. Financial data is fragmented, unstandardised and locked inside legacy systems that are different in every market we enter. Reaching it reliably, at the standard a bank will actually sign off on, is the hard part. Every customer we take live is one more financial service built on the full picture instead of a piece of it.

We started in Stockholm in 2018 with insurance data. Today we cover a much larger part of people's financial lives, across Europe.

The role

We are looking for someone who can take a customer from a signed contract to live in production, and own the whole way there. This is a project management role - you run customer implementations end-to-end and manage teams internally and externally to make it happen. Our customers are banks, insurers, comparison sites, brokers, fintechs, platform partners and AI startups. They move at very different speeds, and you will run several projects at once.

What you'll do

• Own the implementation, start to finish. Kickoff, scoping, integration plan, timeline, testing, go-live, handover.

• Be the person they call. You are the customer's main point of contact from week one until they are live - when things are going well, and when challenges arise. Answer customer questions and find the right solution or action inside Insurely.

• Orchestrate the internal team on each project across engineering, product and commercial. Spot early whether a problem belongs to legal, security, product or engineering, and involve the right people before it becomes urgent.

• Close the loop with product. Collaborating cross-functionally with business development, sales and product teams to translate customer requests to better products.

A flexible role

The role might not stay as written. Insurely is still being built: strategy moves, we enter new markets, and in eighteen months this job will look different from the one described here. There is room to take on more as you show what you are good at - business development, automating manual work, things none of us have thought of yet.

Who you are

• You have 5 to 7 years of running customer-facing projects, where you owned the project. Complexity intrigues you, and you understand who to pull in and when. Communication, structure and processes are your thing. You are the reason a complicated project feels straightforward to everyone else in it.

• You are good with people. You can hold a room whether it is full of bank stakeholders or engineers. You adapt how you say things without softening what you are saying, and dare to disagree well.

• You are able to run several things at once without dropping any of them. You prioritise deliberately, you tell people what you are deprioritising, and nobody has to chase you.

• You start things. You pick up the problem nobody owns, and have a sense of ownership that reaches outside your role description.

• You are comfortable around technology. You do not need to write code - but you are curious about how things actually work, and you use AI as a genuine part of how you work

• You are honest about what you do not know, and quick to go and find out. You will do the unglamorous work when that is what the week needs.

• You have been through real organisational change - a restructure, a pivot, new leadership - and kept doing good work through it.

• You are fluent in Swedish and English, and you are based in Stockholm

It's a plus if you

• Have delivered software or integration projects, not only advisory work

• Can read API documentation and talk integrations with customer engineers

• Have worked with banks, insurers or other regulated customers

• Speak French or German

We're centrally located at Kungsgatan 9, Stockholm (hybrid, 3 days per week in the office). Compensation: Competitive salary plus qualified stock options.
